SDCR-200 Super Duty Crash Rail

SDCR-200 super duty crash rails protect walls from heavy impact caused by moving carts, equipment, and pedestrian traffic. Super duty crash rails feature a heavy duty polyurea coating that protects against impact, abrasion, corrosion, and harsh chemicals. The SDCR-200 series crash rail consists of aluminum rails with a center V-groove profile and super duty polyurea coating that fastens to the wall with hidden aluminum mounting brackets. The end points of each crash rail segment are capped with super duty end plates that fasten to the mounting brackets. SDCR-200 crash rails are supplied in standard lengths and cut to fit in the field by installers, which means no prior field measuring is required. The super duty coating is available in a full range of RAL colors. Choose from several standard options below or inquire about custom options that meet your specific project requirements.

End plates cap the end points of each crash rail segment. End plates secure to end plates brackets with fasteners through pre-drilled countersunk holes.
